Prepare the Package
Securely pack the component in its original anti-static packaging and protective foam to prevent transit damage, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery to our technical inspection facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the part's condition and serial number, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
